James
J. Patton
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Patton has 30 years of experience in the wallcoverings industry.
He was appointed a director of Norwall in November, 1994 and became
President and C.E.O of the Corporation in March, 1995. Prior to joining
Norwall, Mr. Patton was the President and owner of the predecessor
corporation to Patton Wallcoverings Inc. which was acquired by Norwall
in October, 1994. Mr. Patton initially bought into this business in
1974, became majority owner in 1978 and sole owner in 1985. Under
his leadership, PWI grew from a small local wallcoverings outlet into
a national U.S. distributor. He holds a BBA from Ohio University and
an MBA from Central Michigan.
Edward G. Diochon
Vice-President, Finance and Treasurer
Mr. Diochon joined the Company in November, 2003. Prior to joining
Norwall, he was the Vice-President Finance and Treasurer of NSK Canada
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NSK Ltd. of Japan, from 1992 until
2003. Prior to joining NSK he was the Vice-President and Controller
of Hudson General Aviation Services and previous to that, Controller
with Wendy's Restaurants of Canada. Mr. Diochon received his C.A.
designation in 1977 and holds a B.Sc. from Loyola College, Quebec.

Chairman of the Board
Mr. Reid has more than 40 years of sales experience in the fine
paper industry, including service as a senior executive with two
subsidiaries of Nexfor Inc. Since 1999 he has worked as an independent
consultant to the fine paper industry. Mr. Reid brings significant
product knowledge and sales experience to the Board. He has been
a director of Norwall since M ay 2001.
David M. Gee(1)(2) Aurora,
Ontario
Corporate Director
Mr. Gee has 22 years of experience as the chief executive of three
different companies, most recently serving as the President and
C.E.O. of Marsulex Inc., a Canadian public company, from 1995 until
November 2004. He brings extensive senior management experience
in manufacturing and financial services to the Board. Mr. Gee has
been a director of Norwall since November 2002 and serves as Chair
of the Audit Committee.
William McIntosh(1)(2) Aurora, Ontario
Corporate Director
Mr. McIntosh is an independant consultant and has an extensive background
in the sales and marketing of consumer products. He was previously
President of Timberland Canada Co, President of Mizuno Canada Ltd.,
and previous to that President of Fred Deeley Imports Ltd. Mr. McIntosh
has been a director of Norwall since November 1994 and serves as
Chair of the Compensation Committee.
Leslie A. McMichael
Terra Cotta, Ontario
Corporate Director
Mrs. McMichael is Vice-President of Exquious Asset Management Inc.
She also served as a director and the President of Decwall from
1997 until 2004. Prior to this she spent a number of years working
in the wallcovering sales and marketing operations of a predecessor
entity of Norwall. Mrs. McMichael has been a director of Norwall
since November 2002.
